What JPRAY stores

JPRAY stores your account settings, prayers, conversations, saved memories, reflections, reading activity, private prayer and reflection sessions, circle activity, notification preferences, and requests you submit to administrators. Operational records help track approvals, background work and email delivery.

Private prayer and conversation content is scoped to your account. Circle sharing makes the selected content available to eligible circle members. Administrator status alone does not grant access to your private prayers or chats. Messages you submit to the administrator inbox are deliberately shared with current administrators.

AI and service providers

JPRAY uses OpenAI for AI processing. Depending on the feature, this can include your prompt, recent conversation, relevant prayer context, enabled memories, or a voice recording submitted for transcription. Supabase supports authentication and stored application data, Vercel hosts the application, Qdrant supports retrieval, and Resend delivers email.

Turning off conversation memory does not stop AI processing of prompts you submit. Profile shows configured models; new chat responses include recorded model details when available. Automatic switching to another AI provider is disabled.

AI output can be inaccurate. Scripture text, generated Rendering, and generated Interpretation are different layers. Compare generated explanations with the cited passage and use your own judgment.

Know Me and your relational codex

Profile shows your personal Lexicon, Tenets, Facts, Memories, and Dreams. You can add, edit, rate importance, archive, or delete entries. Imported and learned entries become active automatically. Your edits and archived entries are protected from automatic replacement. Chat commands such as “Remember this” save your words directly when memory saving is enabled. Daily or weekly source reviews are optional and use saved conversation memories and, if enabled, your prayers. Session notes are not scanned. Conversation memory must be enabled for active codex entries to be used. Your Identity summary and relevant prayer context remain separate.

Deleting an entry retains source and text fingerprints to prevent the same source or identical text from being learned again. These fingerprints contain no entry text; differently worded information from a different source may still be learned. AI Profile creates a dated synthesis of your active codex and feedback. Previous versions and feedback history remain available to you, including after source entries change or are removed. Outdated profiles are excluded from chat. You can replace or retire feedback; temporary comments expire on your chosen date. Your codex, profile versions, feedback, and review settings are included in your personal data download.

Prayer and reflection sessions

Sessions store their type, timing, selected sound, optional private notes and ratings, and linked prayers or reflections. Only your explicit Prayed action marks a prayer as prayed. Sessions do not record your microphone. Your private session history is in Profile and included in your data export. You can delete an ended session record there; existing prayer timeline entries remain.

Email and reading activity

JPRAY records recommendations, opening Scripture, and marking it read as separate events. Email delivery and provider-reported opens are separate from reading inside JPRAY. An email-open signal does not prove you read the message; email clients can load or block images automatically.

Manage application email choices in Profile or through the preference link in an application email. Reflection emails default to a reminder link. You can explicitly choose full reflections for morning, midday, or end of day; that sends the reflection text and any personal context it contains through our email provider to your inbox. Authentication emails support account access separately.

Export, retention and deletion

Profile offers a personal-content download. It excludes authentication secrets, shared reference libraries, other members’ content and operational logs. Keep downloaded files secure.

There is currently no general automatic expiry schedule for account content or administrator requests. Disabling a feature or closing a support request is not the same as deleting its stored data. Backup and operational-record handling must be reviewed during assisted deletion; immediate erasure from every backup is not promised.

Request account deletion or ask a data question. Administrators review your identity, circles you own, shared content and processing activity before a separately confirmed deletion. Shared Bible, Rendering, Interpretation and Codex libraries are never part of an account cleanup.

Support email

When support email is connected, incoming message text, sender address, subject, attachment counts and our replies are stored in the administrator inbox. Current MFA-verified administrators can review them. Email support is processed through Resend and is not automatically linked to an account or sent to AI. Internal administrator notes are never included in customer emails.

Attachments are not imported into JPRAY. The email provider may retain the original email and its attachments. Email conversations are not included in your account export because email sender identity alone does not establish account ownership; request a separately verified support-history export if needed. Closing a conversation does not delete it. No automatic support-email retention purge is currently configured.
